Pleasant Manufacturing is a custom production machine
shop specializing in high precision turned parts using
mulit-axis CNC's that can profile, mill, cross-drill, cross-tap
and slot. With our diversity of Hydromat rotary transfer
machines, automatic CNC machines and conventional
machines we have the capabilities to run order quantities
ranging from prototyping to over a million. Our continuous
investment in upgraded machinery allows us to complete
complex parts in a single operation, reducing both part
handling and process times.

                                                                                  manufacture parts from many types of materials including Steel,
                                                                                  Stainless Steel, Brass, Copper, Bronze, Aluminum, Plastics and
                                                                                  other specialty materials.

                                                                                 inspection department is equipped with calibrated measuring
                                                                                 instruments and uses a number of processes and procedures to
                                                                                 monitor parts production from Fist-Off to Final Inspection.
